Description:   Top slope of the context is level. The soil color is light yellowish brown. The soil compaction is loose. The soil is poorly sorted. It is coarse sand.
Notes:   35 is the general fill lying to north of wall 27, to north scarp, and extending across both the west extension and the original cut. As descend, wall 27 becomes more substantial; relatively well built with field stones. At + 82.65 m. come on the top of either an earlier wall that projects at and NE-SW angle from N. side of 27 or some sort of rectangular buttress against the wall; breaks off before the north scarp. Subsequent digging on south side of wall will reveal if it is an earlier wall. For description of this feature, see 27. Didn't give it another number since don't yet know what it is.
When we reached a depth 0f -0.65-0.70 m., we stopped the basket arbitrarily since we have reached the requisite depth requested by kiosk builders. No change in soil was found, however.
