Stratum:   Loosely packed coarse sand with 30% small to large pebbles
Description:   Top slope of the context is slight down to the N. The soil color is dark brownish black. The soil compaction is loose. It is coarse sand.
Notes:   Fill of robbing trench for wall 41. I has a diagonal orientation and runs under the scarp as it to continues to the SW. At the southernmost excavated point, more stones for the wall were revealed. Note however that they were revealed during cleaning as we looked for the cut of the robbing trench - thus the stones were not revealed by removing the fill of the robbing trench.
Context Pottery:   Fineware. pitcher. ; Fineware. slipped plain glazed (1100-1300), bowl. 1 bodysherd.
