Well XX
Began the day at about 0.60-0.70 below water level. Here began to appear a large number of knuckle bones and small one handled skuphoi-0.039-0.049 in diam. Also some other pottery, lamps, etc., in fragments.
One handled cups, 21 examples

58 knucklebones, all black and showing signs of wear
with these was found three knuckle bones shaved off on either side leaving it ca. 9mm thick.
One such flat piece was from a much larger knuckle bone and the piece sawn off on one side was found. Also large flat circular piece of bone with hole in center. The knuckle bones were used for game and the flat pieces may have been markers- such a game is now played in Corinth. The four sides are: King, Vizier, Baker, and thief- the game is called Kotcha.
