Lot:   Lot 2006-028
Stratum:   (Redeposited)? fill. Soil is medium, whitish/reddish brown sandy clay with 20% pebbles, 35% cobbles, compactish.
Notes:   B 65 is the removal of a soil layer that does not include a line of a pit-like area defined in the last basket. B 65 is east of the drain cut and clay-like layer and south of 215R. It appears to continue the cut into the layers above it. We are finding chunks of mudbrick. We have a corner piece that is faceted, approximately 9 cm by 5 cm preserved dimensions. We have also found bones that are tinted green and Melian rock. Guy has noted that there is redeposited Hellenistic pottery in this layer and thus we will start to sieve some of the zambils form this basket. The material could be dumped after a destruction level. We sieved approximately 50%. Found bone, iron, bronze. See top plan pg. 153
