Notes:   The matrix of this basket is medium brown sandy silt, compact, with 20-25% pebble and cobble inclusions. B38 is a small pass to remove a pebbly layer that was uncovered in the final pass of B34 and had a different matrix from the rest of the area which contained the roof tile fragments (B35). After one pass we came down to the same matrix with that of the bottom layer of B35, which is somewhat softer and with less pebble inclusions.
