Notes:   Pass to remove more of the fill that we have been removing for the past several baskets. This fill continued to reveal small amounts of pottery, plaster, and glass as well as fragments of iron and several tesserae. This pass further defined the cutting and restricted are mentioned earlier. While this cutting was clear to the north and the east, we stopped the basket in order to clean the scarp to the west and so further define the western limit of the fill.
