Description: | Top slope of the context is slight down to the SE. Bottom slope of the context is slight down to the SEThe soil color is dark yellowish brown. The soil compaction is firm. The soil is poorly sorted. It is clayey sand.
Notes: | When we had finished B137, there remained a hard layer of clayey dirt over the wall we are uncovering. We treated this as a separate basket. This layer covered the wall which we first noticed with the removal of B117. Because it is so clayey, it is possible that this deposit is some kind of degraded wall plaster and so related to the destruction of the building that this N-S wall was a part of.
