Stratum:   Inclusions: 5% pebbles, 5% cobbles, small fine bits of white flecks
Description:   Top slope of the context is level. Bottom slope of the context is level. The soil color is dark reddish brown. The soil compaction is firm. The soil is poorly sorted. It is sandy silt.
Notes:   We are now digging a harder patch that sits in the south end of the trench over some of the larger rocks in this area. This basket rests under basket 153 and will be over the next basket we dig to the north. The soil is much harder and grittier than the soft, red soil before. It appears to be a small patch and we have come down on a different layer that spreads across the pit/well.
