Stratum:   pebbles, tile, pottery bone, small cobbles 60%
Description:   Top slope of the context is level. The soil color is dark yellowish grey. The soil compaction is firm. The soil is poorly sorted. It is sandy silt.
Notes:   We open 408 to remove a fill context W of wall 332 and N of wall 365. We believe the fill lying to the N of 408 runs underneath this fill.
11/6/08: We finish removing this context. We find no floor or anything else of particular formation below, just what seems to be another fill conext, one which is lighter and redder. More of the easternmost superstructure of wall 365 has been revealed, not more stones but more the N face of sontes we could already previously see. Also, we can see now that the tile 'doorway' of wall 332 is resting upon fill, not more tile or stones.
