Description: | The context shape in plan is oval. The top break of the cut is sharp. The sides of the cut are vertical.
Notes: | Pit 430 cuts wall 420, is oval in shape, with the widest diameter between the N and S edges. We did not finish digging it to the bottom but stopped at the 9th layer from the top at 85.73. Projecting from the S edge is a lump of yellowish clay ythat slumps covering c. 3/4 of the bottom. The top elevation of this clay is 86.08. Most likely the clay predates the soil around the edges, which is softer and seams to have poured in around the edges. Filled by: 416, 417, 419, 421, 422, 423, 427, 428, 803, 804
