Stratum:   5% carbon
Description:   Top slope of the context is level. The soil color is dark brownish red. The soil compaction is firm. The soil is moderately sorted. It is sandy silt.
Notes:   Under 5174 we found a deposit of ash and hard mudbrick. Although we are not sure that it is a different context, we started a new basket just in case, in which we are only removing the mudbrick.
We have decised that this context is the second fill inside the small pit partially cut by the later, larger pit in the east of Room E. We stopped before the layer of black ash, so this context consists only of mudbrick with 5% carbon inclusions. We are not water sieving this context.
This context was firmer than 5174 and was probably mudbrick hardened by burning.
Context Artifacts:   bone; tile (3); Bone- complete phalanx, 2nd of Ovis aries (Sheep - Domestic) - 1 example(s).
