Description:   The soil color is light greyish brown. The soil compaction is firm. The soil is moderately sorted. It is fine sand.
Notes:   Excavatin of this context was intended to be a cleaning, but actually removed the floor surface on which the cookpot had laid. Therefore, it WILL be included in the Harris Matrix and will be considered to have been revealed by excavation of context 5606 in 2008.
Excavation revealed an ashy-patched level that appeared to go below the context exposed following excavation of 6343. We will switch baskets and continue pulling back from this ashy level to see if more of it will be exposed to the west and south.
