Description:   The soil color is dark brownish brown. The soil compaction is loose. The soil is very poorly sorted. It is sandy silt.
Notes:   667 is our grand dark coloured fill underlying contexts 648, 420, and 655. It is cut by Pit 193 to the south and the northern scarp. To the East it cuts contexts 675, 712, and 717. To the west 648 and 663.
We sieved 50% of the context and came up with a very large amount of pottery, stones, tiles, and bones. It seems most likely to us that 667 is another dump for one of the nearby buildings. It dates to the Venetian period and probably to the period of habitation before Wall 420 was built.
