The soil color is dark reddish black. The soil compaction is loose. The soil is poorly sorted. It is coarse sand. | | Notes: | | Context 6794 is a stratum of loose, dark soil, reddish/blackish brown in color. It was revealed by the excavation of the ashy layer, 6791. This context runs in an approximately "gamma" shape, along the Western half of the area and extending partially to the East. The removal of this layer has revealed a compact reddish-brown stratum with small flecks of charcoal and calcium carbonate. This compact stratum extends further to the East.
