The soil compaction is soft. The soil is moderately sorted. It is sandy silt. | | Notes: | | After removing several centimeters of soil from the area of the robbing trench in order to avoid 1960's contamination, it was evident that there was an area of very soft soil in the eastern portion of this robbing trench area. It is deposited against a harder deposit, so we removed it first to reveal a hard packed surface with a well dressed block at the southern side. This could be a robbing trench for wall 7093, of which only a small portion remains. It extends E-W only a small amount, though, possibly because at the time it was robbed there could have been a N-S wall in the line of the small stump of stone structure in the southernmost portion of the room.
