Description:   The soil color is light reddish grey. The soil compaction is firm. The soil is moderately sorted. It is sandy silt.
Notes:   This is a layer of material in the room NE of the courtyard. Built against the dark reddish earth floor, it is probably a section of flooring in use and built at the same time, but with different soil. Upon removal of this deposit, we have uncovered a pebble floor as well as a lower earthen floor. The earthen floor is currently only visible in the south to the East of the large bothros, 7147, west of the pit.
