Description:   Top slope of the context is level. The soil color is dark yellowish brown. The soil compaction is soft. The soil is moderately sorted. It is sandy clay.
Notes:   characteristics: 203 is darker and softern than 201.
This is the fill of the bigger pit excavated in the fill of the northern foundation trench of wall 44. The soil composition and inclusions are very similar to those of pit 200.
Also, this pit os 200 came down upon bedrock on its northern section and upon fill of the foundation trench on its southern section. There were no artifacts apart from very few pottery sherds. There was no ash, no charcoal, no seeds, because of the absence of any organic material no samples were taken for water sieving.
