Description:   Top slope of the context is level. The soil color is dark brownish brown. The soil compaction is firm. The soil is moderately sorted. It is clayey silt.
Notes:   we excavated this context after 422 because 422 had been cut into it, and 425 was laid over the other visible layer in this half of the trench, the tear-shaped clayey deposit.
Much of the pottery towards the bottom of 425 was lying flat, trampled into the surface below. According to kostas, this surface was a floor.
While cleaning out the soil of 425 that had fallen into 322 and 325, kostas used the trigano, which mya have caused contamination by later material.
