It represents the bottom of a grave earlier than Grave 2016-07, but was not given a new grave number because it is contained by cut 993, which defines Grave 2016-07 and this cut is highly disturbed by the burials for that grave. This indicates memory of the burial spot, hence its reuse. This cut (1000) was defined on the N side by the stone lining on the north side of Grave 2016-07. The bottom of the cut appears to be exactly at the bottom of these stones. This suggests the stones were placed earlier than the burials in this cut.
