Notes:   While excavating substratum 209 we noticed that the composition of the soil changed slightly. It remained firm, but it became redder, so we decided to excavate this lens in a different context. It is possible that deposits 209 and 212 both functioned as substratum for road 193. The removal of substratum 212 revealed the road surface which was revealed by the removal of 193 and 209.
