Notebook:   1108
Context:   518
Date:   2014/06/12
Description:   The context shape in plan is rectrangular. The top break of the cut is sharp. The sides of the cut are concave. The break at the base of the cut is sharp. The base of the cut is flat.
Notes:   This cut is west of wall 501 and east of the wall at the western boundary of the excavated area. We stopped excavating the cut when we came to the level of the previous excavations to the south of the 1990s. This may be the same cut as 513, but the fills were distinct so they were excavated separately. These cuts run along the unexcavated wall at their wetern edges and may be related to its construction.
