Title: | cut for grave 2015-05
Notebook: | 1109 | |
Context: | 765 | |
Date: | 2015/05/15 | |
Description: | The context shape in plan is oval. The top break of the cut is sharp. The sides of the cut are vertical. The break at the base of the cut is gradual. The base of the cut is flat.
Notes: | This cut was visible to us before we started excavating in this trench - it had presumably been outlined in the clay surface by previous excavators. Digging 756 out of the cut revealed the grave of a juvenile (761) covered by tiles (758).
