The soil color is dark yellowish brown. The soil compaction is soft. The soil is well sorted. It is sandy silt. | | Notes: | | This context was a cleaning to better understand cut marks and reveal any additional cut marks. This pass essentially took out what was likely a subfloor underneath a tile floor, both of which remain in the SE corner of the church, on the S side of wall 930 (contexts 941, 942). This context included many weeds and plants, suggesting root bioturbation.
