Decoration:   Impost with undecorated raking sides aboce a debased Ionic column capital. Round socket (Diam. 0.32) on bottom to receive the top of the column shaft. Shallow round cup-shaped cutting (Diam. 0.15), perhaps pivot hole, on top. Smaller round cutting off-center within larger cutting.
