Decoration:   Fragment of large threshold, perhaps from a Classical Temple. Cutting for sheathing of door jamb on top. A rectangular hole (0.44 x 0.31 m) penetrates the block from top to bottom (Is this original?). Bottom of front or back has a rough projection, perhaps to support adjacent pavement.
Material:   Argive (?) black limestone
Condition:   Complete or intact.
