Description:   Rectangular poros block decorated with plaster wall painting on one side, depicting winged figure, possibly archangel Michael or Gabriel.
Decoration:   Winged figure with brown-red hair curled and shorter at top and sides, possibly one long lock to proper left to neck. Blue headband. Thick, rounded, almost semi-circular eyebrows. Both eyes with heavy, deep, long eyelid creases, heavier upper eyelid line than lower, and pupils directed slighly to proper right. Dark blue background except for white halo surrounding head. Yellow upper curve of angel's wing at proper right.
Material:   Plaster, poros.
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., poros block preserving part of wall painting on surface. Block preserving most of 5 sides, broken off at left. Plaster not preserved at edges, top layer missing in some areas, especially at right and lower left.
Findspot Description:   Found in Frankish Area when moved for use in reconstruction of walls, likely originally from inside church.
