Description:   Shallow casserole with convex bottom, maximum diameter at bottom, body contracting slightly towards flaring rim. Slightly raised lip. 2 vertical strap handles attached to bottom of body and rim.
Material:   Reddish-brown to grayish-black cooking fabric, burned black on bottom. Gritty with some fine white inclusions.
Munsell Color:   7.5YR 4/2 (on floor)
Condition:   Complete profile. Mended from 10 frgts., preserving 2/3 of bottom, body and rim. Both handles intact.
