Description:   Fragment of lower body, horizontal base, and part of ring foot. Groove between base and ring foot. Interior curves slightly between wall and base. Glaze is mostly well-preserved and more worn on the interior.
Shape is an ''exception to the canonical shape of these bowls, for the foot is sharply edged and stands higher and squarer than the others," according to Spitzer (1943, p. 179)
Decoration:   Dull orange-red glaze. Base moulding of body has grooved surface. Portion of lower body of a figure wearing a short garment, advancing to the right. On left, part of another figure or horse's hoof moving to the right. After Spitzer's Type II, Fig. 8a (?).
Material:   hard clay with few small inclusions
Munsell Color:   7.5 YR 7/3 (pink)
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving portion of body and part of base and foot.
