Description:   Rather deep kotyle with small narrow ring foot. Horizontal rolled loop handles.
Decoration:   Black figure style. One horizontal line below lip; main frieze bounded below by a broad glazed band flanked by line at either side. Animal frieze: goat to l., panther to r., panther to r. Thick filling ornament: unincised large irregular blobs and rosettes. Applied purple on neck, breast, ribs, belly of panthers, and on neck, ribs, belly of goat. Thin rays at base. Interior fully black glazed except for a reserved line at lip. Handles reserved with horizontal glazed stripe. Painter of C-32-112 (Amyx).
Material:   Pinkish buff clay. Black glaze with applied purple.
Munsell Color:   From 7.5 YR 7/4 (pink) to 10 YR 8/3 (very pale brown)
Condition:   Missing parts. Mended from many fragments. Foot, small parts of body and handles missing. Restored.
Period:   Early Corinthian (620/615-595/590)
