Description:   Juglet with flat bottom, ca. ovoid body with max diam. just above median of body, long flaring neck to trefoil rim (or rim pinched for spout?), squared lip. Vertical strap handle attached to upper body, to neck and lip. Similar to C-1934-337 (Morgan 1942, Corinth 11, cat. 52).
Decoration:   Greeinsh-brown glaze on exterior. Two ridges on lower neck.
Material:   Reddish-yellow clay with few small and medium subrounded spherical and tabular gray and white inclusions, and few small and large rounded spherical voids.
Munsell Color:   7.5 YR 6/6 (reddish yellow)
Condition:   Complete profile. Single frgt., preserving complete profile, missing ca. 1/2 lip. Traces of greeinsh-brown glaze on exterior.
Period:   Middle Byzantine (802-1058 AD)
