Description:   Plate with vertical ring foot, rounded resting surface, interior of foot curving into flat undersurface. Wide straight flaring body. Similar to C-1938-84.
Decoration:   White slip on exterior; on interior, circumference line in center, ring of small circles alternating with short lines, circle, then wide band of vertical lines alternating with concentric (?) circles. Covering glaze making ground red, slip yellow.
Material:   Fine light red clay with tiny white, some coarser white inclusions, rare spherical voids.
Munsell Color:   Slightly yellower than 2.5YR 5/8 (red)
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving ca. 1/4 foot and lower body.
