Description:   Lid with conical profile, tapering from rim with straight profile to base of solid knob; knob had cylindrical stem, beveled just below flat top. A flange, contracting from vertical, set in 00.014 m. from rim.
Decoration:   Exterior: decorated with concentric rings, from rim to base of handle: black band, narrow band with thin black stripe in center, broad purple band, thin reserved with thin brown-black stripe; solid black at base of knob and continuing to top, top has lopsided black ring at edge, broad reserved band, solid black circle in center. Underside of lid reserved.
Material:   Fine buff clay.
Munsell Color:   Slightly pinker than 10YR 8/3
Condition:   Complete or intact. Three joining frgts, complete. Rim chipped.
