Description:   Plate with vertical ring foot, narrow resting surface, flat undersurface, very wide flaring body. Similar in shape to C-1934-355 (Corinth 11).
Decoration:   White slip interior, brown slip-painted decoration, large four-pointed star on floor with reserved circles at angles between points, each having solid central circle and ring of dots; dots outlining points of star. Pale yellow glaze interior, greenish exterior.
Material:   Moderately fine clay fired pink with rare white and black inclusions and few fine angular platy, angular spherical voids.
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving complete foot, floor, 1/2 body profile.

Period:   Late Byzantine (1059-1210 AD)
Findspot Description:   North of School in 1934, no notebook reference, provenance unknown.
