Description:   Bowl with hemispherical profile and lightly concave medallion with scraped groove.
Decoration:   Molded relief, well struck from a high quality mould. On the medallion, eight-petalled rosette; on the calyx, small fern in three tiers; on the wall, Herakles and Auge and a frontal satyr. Lustrous black glaze and miltos in groove of medallion.
Mythology:   Herakles and Auge
Material:   Hard fine pink clay with rare voids and medium rounded red inclusions.
Munsell Color:   5 YR 7/4
Condition:   Fragment. Four frgts. Preserve two thirds of medallion and calyx, and small lower section of wall. Glaze very well preserved.
