Description:   Large articulated kantharos with straight tapering body, fine rounded lip. Two thin vertical spurred strap handles on upper body to 00.005 m. below lip. Faint paddling (?) lines on one face in handle zone.
Decoration:   Black glaze over all. Painted band between 2 incised circumference lines on face opposite graffito. Running ivy with incised and white-painted stem, red clay-slip petals, white dots.
Writing:   graffito. Graffito in handle zone between two circumferece lines, Greek:WPARELPIDASFANEIS
Material:   Fine pale pinkish buff clay.
Munsell Color:   Slightly pinker than 10YR 7/4
Condition:   Fragment. 21 joining frgts., complete upper body to lip, two handles. Surface chipped. Inscription complete.
