Description:   Cup with straight flaring body rising at ca. 45 degrees, curving up to high, slightly incurving rim, round lip.
Decoration:   White slip over all; in brown slip on exterior, on rim, broad band of spiral and Kufic motif between single framing bands, dots on lip; interior, similar band between double framing bands. Pale yellow glaze over all.
Material:   Fine red clay with tiny white inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Near 2.5YR 5/4
Condition:   Fragment. Three joining frgts., part of body, ca. 1/4 circumference of rim; old glue on lt. break.
