Description:   Plate with very shallow body rising at ca. 20 degrees, low vertical rim, tapered lip.
Decoration:   White slip on interior, rim exterior. Inside, in brown slip, breast and legs of large bird to rt., occupying all of floor; surrounded by floral spray, curving up onto rim; all motifs filled with dots. Dots on lip. Yellow-green glaze over all.
Material:   Fine red-brown clay with tiny white inclusions, voids.
Munsell Color:   Near 2.5YR 5/6
Condition:   Fragment. Two joining frgts., preserving 1/3 floor and rim.
