Description:   Bowl with small ring foot, deep, nearly hemispherical body, widening to oblique fine lip. Foot pierced with one hole.
Decoration:   Interior painted in dark brown slip: central medallion with formalized bird facing rt., with spray in beak. Head, neck reserved with stripes, solid body. 5 parallel lines upright in field above body. 2 circumference lines; below lip, wide band of spiral and Kufic pattern between double framing lines. Glaze over all, pale green on interior, pale yellow on exterior.
Material:   Fine reddish clay.
Condition:   Complete profile. Five-six joining frgts., complete profile. Missing ca. 1/3 of bowl from body to lip, center of floor. RIP.
