Description:   Deep bowl with flaring ring foot, round resting surface, convex undersurface. Deep body rising at 60 degrees with slight convex profiile to tapered lip.
Decoration:   Pale pinkish-buff slip on interior and overlapping lip. On interior, central medallion with rectilinear split-palmette; narrow band of incised bars; below lip, band of degenerate sgraffito Kufic; splashes of green from lip to center. Grayish-yellow glaze inside and over lip.
Material:   Moderately coarse clay fired buff at surface, pale grayish-pink at core, with rare coarse white, red inclusions, more frequent tiny black, voids.
Munsell Color:   10YR 7/4
Condition:   Complete profile. Three joining frgts., complete profile and foot; nearly half bodyto lip.
