Decoration:   Decorated with head and neck of helmeted hoplite, to lt., wielding spear in raised right hand. Base of crest decorated with incised zigzag line. Helmet proper red. Above, cut into helmet, part of a tongue frieze with alternate petals red. Crackled black glaze on interior.
Writing:   Black-figure
Material:   Fine buff clay fired to light pink at center.
