Description:   Chafing dish with stand (missing), bowl with straight flaring profile, round lip with slight flange on interior 0.013 m. below lip. Top of vertical strap handle attached to lower body. Row of incised lines on bottom of bowl above door for coal compartment.
Decoration:   Row of vertical incised lines on interior body. Lustrous red-brown glaze on interior, over lip, with drips on exterior.
Material:   Moderately coarse red clay with scattered white inclusions, voids.
Munsell Color:   5YR 6/7 fresh chip, redder than 5YR 6/4 (surface)
Condition:   Fragment. Three joining frgts., half circumference bowl, broken at juncture to stand. Upper handle stump.
