Description:   Plate with low vertical ring foot, narrow resting surface, flat undersurface. Shallow nearly horizontal body curving up to oblique, outturned rim with round lip. For profile cf. Atasoy, Iznik, fig. 27, shallowdish with flanged rim, ca. 1570.
Decoration:   Floor decorated with symmetrical floral bouquet:in center three flowers on long stems, havingtrefoil hearts, three groups of 3-lobed petals,4 pointed leaves; arranged with one flower incenter, two behind, a bud above; to either sidewheat sheaf and branch of prunus tree, all withinblue frame. On rim border of half-rosettes on blueground. On exterior of body lilies alternatingwith snail-like motif, 2 blue lines on rim, two onfoot. Cf. Iznik, fig. 564, 756 for flower.
