Description: | Plate with flaring ring foot, flat resting surface. Body rises at 30 degrees (A, B) to high vertical rim with slightly everted lip (C). Decoration similar to CP-1465. | |
Decoration: | White slip on exterior. In light green glaze large tondo with spiraliform motifs, circumference band, then second band of probably same motif; on interior of rim, irregular wavy zigzag between bands. Light green glaze interior, and over lip on dark green glaze. | |
Material: | Moderately fine clay fired tan to brown with rare fine angular sub rounded voids. | |
