Description:   Plate with vertical ring foot, flat resting surface, shallow body flaring at ca. 20 degrees to upturned triangular rim. Plate lop-sided.
Decoration:   White slip on interior, thinly washed on exterior. Sgrafftio dec. on interior: edge of tondo with legs, tail of bird on hatched ground, framing circle, outer band of double zigzag with spiral filler between double framing lines. Pale yellow glaze on interior.
Material:   Moderately fine pale pinkish buff clay with scattered fine white inclusions, some coarse voids.
Munsell Color:   Between 10YR 7.5/4 and 7.5YR 7.5/4
Condition:   Complete profile. Nine joining frgts., complete profile except for center floor; over half foot, nearly whole body, 9/10 rim. Glaze chipped.
