Description:   Plate with vertical ring foot, with beveled resting surface, recessed flat undersurface. Wide flaring body.
Decoration:   White slip on interior. Scratched on floor: quadruped to rt., with head bent down and turned back; has long head with incised circle for eye, short ears, mane, short tail. Floral filler on imbricate background; framed by incised border of double rings, between which vertical strokes leaving ring of raised squares.d Yellow glaze over all, becoming brown on exterior.
Material:   Fine light red clay with rare white inclusions.
Munsell Color:   2.5YR 4/6
Condition:   Fragment. Two joining frgts., complete foot except for chip, and nearly complete floor.
