Description:   Cup with shallow straight flaring body, tall inset vertical rim with convex profile, flaring lip. Mouth not circular but faintly quatrefoil.
Decoration:   Exterior: transparent yellow glaze on body with black band at edge; rim: thick white curvilinear design, alternating with black glaze, of half circles on side, enclosing simplified half-palmette; white stripe at bottom and top. Interior: on floor, edge of black frame or medallion; yellow glaze on rest, with broad brown-black and white stripes below and on lip.
Material:   Fine white clay with fine sand-like inclusions.
Condition:   Fragment. Two joining frgts., body from just above foot to lip, ca. 1/4 circumference.
