Description:   Plate with flaring ring foot, round resting surface, convex undersurface. Widelyu flaring concex wall turning sharply to wide flaring eim with bevelled lip.
Decoration:   Large relief decoration of an eagle facing right within circle, surrounded by eight tangent double circles each containing a quatrefoil flower. Outer apex of tangent circles filled with round relief pellets. Three wavy line combing on rim inside. Greenish yellow glaze to lip inside with added streaks of green and dark brown. Plane out.

Material:   Medium hard clay with white, red and gray inclusions.Smooth to sligtly hackly, conchoidal break.

Condition:   Complete profile. 22 joining frgts., complete profile, nearly half foot, 1/3 body to rim.
