Description: | Bowl with flaring ring foot, flat resting and under surfaces. Flaring deep body with slight convex to concave profile to H00.06, tall vertical rim H00.042 with outward thickened flat lip. | |
Decoration: | White slip over all, thinly applied to exterior. Painted on interior, split palmette on floor in green outlined in brown; large floral spray in field. Brown and green circumference lines on interior of rim, broad brown stripe at base of lip. Groups of brown, green strokes on lip. Clear glaze on interior. | |
Material: | Relatively fine reddish-tan claywith scattered fine to coarse white inclusions, coarse voids. | |
