Decoration: | Slip on interior and possibly thinly applied to exterior. On interior: large medallion on floor and lower half body with ring of 3 circles, each with double outline, filled with pair of arcs and imbricate ground; 4 circumference lines; on upper body below lip, broad band of linked lozenges, each filled with smaller hatched lozenge, 2 lines above. Splotches of green, clear to yellow glaze over interior, and over lip. | |
Material: | Moderately fine light red clay with numerous tiny voids, scattered red, white inclusions. | |
