Description:   Krater with side-splaying base with cylindrical ribbed stem, large globular body, offset flaring rim. 2 horizontal rolled handles with wide band handles set vertically from rolled handles to lip. Knobs at either side of attachment of vertical handles.
Decoration:   Groups of 12 short strokes on top of lip, rows of dots on exterior of lip between handles. Large panel on shoulder consists of central panel filled with hatched maeanders below which 3 stripes, then a minor zone filled with vertical zigzags. At sides, vertical panels formed of 3 vertical stripes, a vertical zone filled with horizontal chevrons, a group of 3 stripes. Below this, 5 groups of 3 reserved circumference bands on body; between the first two groups just below handles a reserved zone filled with alternating groups of short vertical lines and vertical zigzags. At outer edge of foot 2 more groups of reserved lines with a similarly filled zone between them. Horizontal handles have series of short vertical lines delimited by heavy black lines along upper and lower edges. Vertical handles: double-lined cross in a rectangle at center with 4 horizontal bars on either side. Glaze varies from black to red.
Material:   Very light buff clay with slight pinkish tint.
Condition:   Complete profile. Complete except for a few small pieces of foot.
